When
making an Offer, the home seller can accept, reject or counter
the Offer. When accepted, the result is a binding contract called
a Purchase Agreement.
|
|
|
The Offer
to Purchase is a detailed, legally binding contract. Working
together we will look out for your best interests. Before presenting
the Offer we do the following:
|
- A
Comparative Market Analysis to determine relative market
value, giving us industry facts to base the offer on.
- Write
clauses that spell out exactly what you want. No assumptions
or verbal agreements.
- Discuss
Fixtures verses Chattels to avoid any misunderstandings.
- Help you
get Pre-approved, thereby
strengthening your position as a Buyer.
- Provide
you with choices and options of protecting yourself from any hidden
surprises, such as a Home Inspection.
- Keep
you updated and continue your home search even during
negotiations, just in case negotiations are not successful.
-
Get an answer from the Seller
as quickly as possible.
